Ingredients:
1 cup of trahanas "To Plastiri"
7 cups of water
1 tablespoon fresh butter
1 teaspoon salt
Feta cheese
Cooking:
We pour the water and the salt in a pot. After it starts boiling we thrown in the tarhana. We boil for about 6-7 minutes, all the while stirring it so it doesn't get sticky. Shortly before we turn it off, we thrown in the fresh butter and cheese and we stir all the ingredients together.
