Ingredients:
2 cups chicken noodle soup "To Plastiri"
1 chicken cut in slices
2 lemons
1-2 eggs
Salt
Cooking:
We boil the chicken (with salt) in a pot for about an hour. We remove the meat and strain it of its juices. We throw the noodles in the boiling juice. It will be ready in about 5 minutes. We make an egg and lemon sauce and slowly drizzle it on the soup, after the soup gets a bit cold (we don't want to roast the eggs).
