Pie with phylota phyllo

Cooking:

We drizzle water on each sheet of phyllo on both sides and spread it out on a towel for 10-15 minutes until it gets softer. We butter the cooking tray and oil each sheet of phyllo individually. Then, we put the three sheets in the tray, on top of it we put in a filling of our choosing and then on top of that we place the other three sheets of phyllo. We drizzle half a cup of milk and an egg on the pie. We ream the pie in many places so it can better absorb the liquids. We then carve the pie. We bake it at 180C for about 40 minutes.
