Ingredients:

500g Evriston pasta of "To Plastiri" brand

cow butter or olive oil

4 litres water

Cooking:

We boil water in a pot and then turn off the heat. We throw in the Evriston pasta of "To Plastiri" brand, stir it and give it 3 minutes. We strain it and drizzle hot butter on it. We can serve it with yoghurt or cheese. In fasting periods, you can use olive oil. Instead of cheese, you can use sugar and cinnamon or crumbs of walnuts and hazelnuts.
