Ingredients:
2 cups groat of "To Plastiri" brand
cow butter or olive oil
4,5-5 cups of water
1 chopped onion
Salt
Cooking:
We boil the water in a pot. As soon as the water starts to bubble, we add the groat. We sprinkle salt on it and let it boil until it absorbs all of the water. We then take the pot off the stove and cover it with a towel. We saute the onion and drizzle it on the groat without stirring. As soon as the onion seasoning is absorbed, we are ready serve it. We can eat the groat pilaf on its own or together with yoghurt.
