Chilopitakia

Ingredients:

500g chilopitakia of "To Plastiri" brand

2 cups yoghurt

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 large onions cut in slices

2 crushed tomatoes

2 cups crushed feta cheese

Salt, pepper, paprila, a pinch of cinnamon

Cooking:

We saute the onions for about 10 minutes. We add the tomatoes, the herbs and half a glass of water. We let it stew until the sauce is ready. We boil the "To Plastiri" chilopitakia for about 3-4 minutes in plenty of salted water. We strain them without allowing them to turn cold. We then stir them with yoghurt and cheese. Finally, we drizzle the sauce.
