Corkscrew pasta with vegetables

Ingredients:

500g corkscrew pasta with vegetables of "To Plastiri" brand

1 cup mayonnaise

1 chopped tomato

1 chopped pepper (red or green)

half of chopped onion

1 cup of chopped celery

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

Salt, pepper

Cooking:

We boil the corkscrew pasta of "To Plastiri" brand for about 3-4 minutes and then strain them with cold water. In a bowl we stir the mustard with the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. We put the corkscrew pasta in a big plate and thrown in the chopped pepper, tomato and onion. We drizzle the mayonnaise mixture.
