Ingredients:
500g petoura pasta of "To Plastiri" brand
1 chopped Florina pepper
3 large mushrooms
1 large tomato
350g shredded gouda cheese
100g crushed feta cheese
chopped bacon
cream
Cooking:
We boil the petura pasta of "To Plastiri" brand for about two minutes (we pour in a tablespoon of olive oil so they don't get sticky). After we strain the pasta we crush the tomato and stir it wih the pasta. We put half the pasta in a cooking tray and then we place layrs of mushrooms, pepper, bacon, feta cheese and half the gouda cheese on top of the past. We then put the rest of the past on top of it. We thrown in the remaining gouda and the cream. We cook it for 15-20 minutes.
