Cockerel with chilopites pasta

Ingredients:

1 cockerel sliced in portions

500g chilopites of "To Plastiri" brand

1 chopped onion

half a cup of olive oil

1,5 cup of tomato juice

salt, pepper and a pinch of cinnamon

Cooking:

We saute the onion, we add the cock and stir for 5 minutes. We put the cockerel (complete with olive oil) in the pot. We add tomato juice, salt, pepper and cinnamon. We add water and then cook with the pot lid shut for about one hour and a half. We open the pot and add the chilopites pasta of "To Plastiri" brand and cook for about 20 minutes.
